REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
For Domestic Orders
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Return Policy:
2. If you have receive the product in a bad condition or if you find the packaging to be tampered with, please refuse the package and immediately Mail us at info@angsutra.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be dispatched to you with no additional cost.

4. Raise your return request within 5-7 days of receiving the shipment through. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at support@angsutra.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect along with the unboxing video. We will either provide you with a credit note or exchange the product.
5. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
6. The shipping charges for sending the products back (in case of product exchange) has to be borne by the customer.
7. Products will not be exchanged or taken back if there is discrepancy in colour between the products seen online and live, as slight colour changes can occur depending on the device and calibration of the colour gradient in the specific device.
8. A thorough quality check would be done by our team once we receive the product.
9. In no circumstances will we be refunding the amount. However, you can opt for a credit note or coupon code which can be used within the valid time frame. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
10. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 200 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges will only be entertained only in case of Manufacturing Defects.
- Raise an exchange request within 5-7 days of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through info@angsutra.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
- A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
- Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order.
- * Shipping Address: D-1102, BPTP Freedom Park Life, Sec 57, Gurgaon -122018.
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at support@angsutra.com.
- You would be notified once we receive your shipment.
- At locations, where we do not have pick up service available, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 200 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- Exchange is not possible if the Saree has fall and edging done to it.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code or credit note for the amount of the product you returned. You can then use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount for your purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given to you in the form of a voucher or credit note which you can use on your next purchase within the specific time.
- Once you opt for credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for obvious reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- Products bought during sale cannot be exchanged.
HOME/RETURN POLICY
RETURN CLAIM POLICY
- If the product is damaged or if the product has a manufacturing defect only then you may return the goods within 5-7 days of the order delivery date. Although we would request to ignore and cherish the slight imperfections of the handcrafted products as each of our product is made by the artisans or weavers and that is the beauty of handmade products.
- The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, with the price & other Tags intact. The entire return and refund process will be completed within 20 working days from the date of intimation.
- Equivalent amount of money in the form of a voucher or a product will be given to you.
- Customers returning products, not in the original condition will not be liable for any exchange or return. It sounds a bit harsh but it’s just to deter notorious and fraudulent activities. The majority will never get impacted by this.
· Return courier charges of Rs.150 per product will be applicable.
Note: In case of COVID-19 or any other disease related, pandemic like situation all over the country deliveries and return transits time will get impacted.

SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC-
- Shipping within India calculated as per actuals.
- Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5000.
- Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@angsutra.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL
1. Shipping for all international destinations will be calculated as per actuals.
2. Orders will be delivered within 20-25 days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@angsutra.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
